Complaints Procedure
Should you wish to make a complaint about Better Mediate Partners or any of its mediators, please contact us directly. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and investigate it within 21 days.
The investigation will be carried out by somebody other than the mediator to who the complaint relates. You are entitled to appeal any decision made within 28 days of receipt and should expect a response within 21 days of submission.
